sail. Kate (Helen’s
niece), Craig (Kate’s boyfriend at the time), Phil, Helen and
Andy. Headed out
to Roughs Tower.
Kate a bit under the weather, she was very pleased when she was told
that one
antidote to feeling sea-sick is eating! Anyway she soon perked up when
she took
the helm and we weaved our way back into Harwich Harbour. Tried to demonstrate to Kate
the importance of tying warps to the boat,
but I think it may be some time before she gets the hang of this!
